Consumption Calculator - similar to the leak calculator, you enter the consumers of compressed air and we'll show you how much money each one costs (at least, in theory). When you're ready for a full system profile, we provide the meters and software to measure the actual airflow and power consumption.
Compressor Profiler - captures your compressed air production components and calculates the system's optimal production capability. Under construction. Will be available soon.
Leak Calculator - specify the number and size of leaks and we'll tell you how much money you could save.
Remember, just reducing the airflow needed does not necessarily yield proportional energy savings. After you establish your potential savings, our partner firms come to your facility and measure your actual power-to-air ratio. We record the consumption of power and consequent air production for a week using meters equiped with data logging devices to construct a profile of the system's efficiency.
Measuring is the key! Many firms will provide analysis and theoretical projections of what your airflow and air compression needs should be. Our partners, who use our analytic tools, measure your airflow and electical use so that we have a solid foundation from which to continue.
