Compressor Energy Solutions' Products for Compressor ROI Analysis

After measuring the airflow to power consumption (as described in Products for Energy Analysis) a profile of the compressed air system demand and supply is established.

Our ROI analysis tool takes the results of the Energy Analysis and feeds them into a worksheet that can be presented to the customer as a "Proposal for Compressed Air System Optimization". In the worksheet, we include capital costs, installation, maintenance, and any other upgrade costs. We also incorporate any utility rebates and other discounts.

Then, using the actual power consumption figures and applying them against the projected energy use, we can calcalate the Return on Investment for the project. During the ROI preparation, the worksheet allows you to adjust your expenses and automatically recalculates rebates and final ROI periods.
